Our Delivery Policy

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A dispatch confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent for all orders so that you can track the progress of your delivery. All deliveries are made by registered courier and may require a signature. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

You can also track your order at any time by looking at the email your receive with tracking information.

Given current Covid-19 delays your new purchase may take longer than our normal up to three working days to arrive, we do apologise for this but it is beyond our control. You can also follow the track and trace email to make sure it is on its way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free delivery on all Standard New Zealand Post orders over $100, excluding Rural Deliveries.

For an additional $20 same day service where applicable is available in Christchurch.

Please note we do not offer deliveries to PO Boxes or Private Bags. If you provide us with one as your address we will contact you for a physical address.

RURAL SHIPPING

For rural deliveries we do unfortunately have a $13 standard fee. Please note that rural delivery can take slightly longer, you can check if your address is in a rural area here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery Internationally is available for a set fee - if you would like express international delivery please email us on hello@saintrow.co.nz.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, or issues with your order you must contact us within 7 working days of placing/receiving your order at hello@saintrow.co.nz.
