HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
You can make a purchase by clicking on a product of your choice, selecting your size and quantity, and then clicking ADD TO CART. CART is located in the top right of your browser. Your CART will update with the number of products you click to purchase.
When you have finished browsing and are ready to Checkout, click on CART and then click on the CHECKOUT button located at the bottom of the drop-down. You will be taken to Checkout, which is a comprehensive listing of your selected products and the estimated total of your order.
During the Checkout process, you will be required to fill out your shipping and billing information. Once you have filled in your details, and selected your Shipping and Payment options, simply click on CHECKOUT to finalise your Saint Row purchase.

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
Saint Row has a detailed size guide listed on each product page which includes Australian, American, European & other sizing. Of course, if you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact the Saint Row Customer Care team.

CAN I MAKE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
Yes, it is possible to make an order by telephone. Simply email our Saint Row Customer Care team on hello@saintrow.co.nz Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm to arrange a time for us to call you. After providing us with the details of the item you wish to purchase as well as your contact, shipping and billing information, and completing our Credit Card Authentication process, we will process your order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
If you can select a size and add to cart then we have your product in stock. If your size is sold out, the size button will have a cross over it. If all sizes are sold out the ADD TO CART button will be replaced with SOLD OUT.
You can then nominate to receive a notification if the product becomes available again.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If your size is out of stock, you can provide an email address to receive a notification if the product becomes available again, or contact us from 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday on our email hello@saintrow.co.nz to see if we can place a special order for you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SAINT ROW ACCEPT?
Saint Row accepts Visa, Master Card, Google pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Laybuy.
HOW DO I BOOK A PERSONAL STYLING SESSION?
Saint Row provides a one-on-one personal styling video session. If you would like to schedule a personal styling appointment with a Saint Row stylist please do so by email hello@saintrow.co.nz Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Saint Row offers free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $100, excluding Rural deliveries. For shipping of all orders under $100 within New Zealand, Saint Row will calculate the shipping at checkout for you. For all cities and regions within New Zealand, we offer a 1-4 business day delivery service from the time your order has been shipped.
If you place your order before 1pm on Monday-Friday, we offer same day delivery within Christchurch. Please note, the Same Day Delivery option must be selected at the checkout and an additional fee will be incurred. For Express Shipping to other cities, please email hello@saintrow.co.nz
International orders have an expected delivery window of within 5-10 business days of dispatch. Shipping costs will be quoted according to your region and do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
All items will be shipped as quickly as possible to our customers. For orders placed within business hours this is most often the same day as the order is placed.
WHAT COUNTRIES DOES SAINT ROW SHIP TO?
If our shipping service is available in your Country, it will appear as an option at Checkout and is charged with a shipping calculator. Costs will vary depending on your region. Duties and taxes may be applicable at the country of destination.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON SIGNING FOR MY ORDER?
All deliveries are made by registered courier. Should an ATR (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages. In the event a recipient is not available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to collect their package.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your tracking details will be delivered via email for you to follow.

CAN I AMEND AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to change or amend your order after it has been placed please contact our Customer Care team from 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday on our email hello@saintrow.co.nz and we will endeavour to fulfil your request if your order has not already been dispatched.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD? - what values?
Saint Row gift cards can be purchased to the values below:
- $50
- $100
- $200
Gift cards will be delivered via email to the purchaser. Purchase a gift card.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD?
There are no returns of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.
